That's fine - just install anyway. It's safe.
Oh, and you're installing your video drivers, not gta IV drivers.

You might be installing it for GTA, but the driver was made for your video card.

EDIT: Back on topic, yeah, it's fine to install, unless of course you have already installed video card drivers, in which case don't.
