Hi i've been having an extremely annoying virus problem for the past couple of months...
at first it wasn't so annoying, all it did was open IE and start mass spamming ads in the tabs. No matter how many times i scanned and deleted a crap load of trojans and things that it was creating, it always came back.
recently that stopped, however, now my AV doesn't work. Nod32 works fine but it refuses to delete the actual virus for some retarded reason. I've been reading online and so far everyones saying to ue malwarebytes. I already had malwarebytes but it won't open now because of the virus so i can't really do anything.
Every time i log on to my PC i get a bunch of errors. Also, this started yesterday but no site online that streams any video will have sound. I can watch anything but i can't hear anything. THe rest of the sound in my PC is working normally.
Problems i would like to fix the most would be the malwarebytes thing and the online vid sounds.
thanks ._.

1. Try it from safe mode
2. Failing that, just reformat get it over with if you're infected

I never bother when I know there is a virus.
Even If I do eventually get rid of it, I just get a bad feeling about if there are any other viruses and eventually reformat...
Best solution...

I had the same problem, SAF helped me out, he renamed the process of malwarebytes and it got rid of it. Try to get safs help or look up how to rename processes.

Boot in safe mode, then try run malware bytes / nod32 and scan.
To boot in safe mode, just press f8 while booting your pc up and a menu should pop up with a bunch of options such as; Safe Mode; Safe Mode with Networking, Last Good Configuration that Worked and so on..
