it really is simple to make n.n;; but doesn't look bad xP it just looks simple

This is how you make it
make a text spline with whatever you want written on it, then apply a modifier bevel with the 3 bevel yaers on it
the start should be a negative number for example -1 then the first layer should have an offset of 1 the second one of 0 and the third one of -1 so now you have a semi rounded letter (( also the bevel amount should be the same for bevel layer 1 and 3, the 2 is hot thick the letters are going to be ))
now you modeled the letters
to make the materials open the material editor and just change the color to the color you want in the diffuse map, then go down and look at the maps, where you see translucency or something like that click on map and apply a reaytrace map, on the settings check translucency and you are done , render and you have glassy letters ;3
if anyone wants a video tutorial for this , just ask for it ;3
