GTA IV is proven to be multithreaded as a overclocked dual core (3.2GHz) cannot even out run a stock clock quad (2.4GHz).
Nero Recode does it, but only if your converting to iPod format.
Cinebench does it too, but that's only for testing.

lol, Man i was hoping to find some more games, but then again it technically should be faster. i mean with a duo core you have those cores running all the backround stuff too, so that 3ghz is really 2.5 With a quad the back two can run the back round stuff and the other two can handle the game, am i right or is that completely wrong.

It can't fully use all four cores, but there have been a slew of different quad-core users' results. Works for dual core processors, as far as I know.
