Ok i have a problem, I can't seem to defragment the files from the end of my partition to the front...
Everytime i restart the computer, files end up being in the front..
So when i try to partition my HDD, i get an error telling me there are files at the end of my partition
Any Fix to this?

How am i not making any sense?
I want to dual boot and i need to partition my hard drive but i can't because there are files at the end of my partition. So i can't dual boot without moving those files to someelse so theres room at the end of the partition to partition

What defragmenter are you trying to use?
Go to this site and download JKDefrag. Boot into safe mode (by holding F8 while your computer turns on and selecting "Safe Mode") and run the program. If there are any errors or problems, check the log or post it up here.

I'm using the free trial of PerfectDisk. Defragmenting right now
I used offline defragment like 8 times already and when i scan again, the files go back to where they were..

If that's what you had used previously and the files didn't seem to have been moved, I recommend you don't use the program, or try in Safe Mode, when fewer processes will be around to access files on the partition. It's best that you have everything closed while defragging, so you can let the program do its thing.

You are still not making any sense, but according to the picture you posted, the problem is you cannot use your 2nd partition (Drive D:\) as that is a factory drive containing the original OS which was shipped with your PC. Most of the time they're protected and cannot be modified under Windows (special tools can remove them), but it's not encouraged or recommended.
With that out of the way, you actually have one partition (Drive C:\) and by moving what ever you got to the "end" of the drive or so, it's still in drive C:\! If you want to dual boot you'll have 2 options:
1. Backup all your data
2. Use a partition and format tool to split that C:\ in half
3. Install the individual OS into each clean partition.
or
1. Use a partitioning tool, where format is not necessary (Vista has it build in, but always backup data first.)
2. Install the operating system on to the 2nd partition (for Vista with Win7 only, For XP with Vista use the first option).
If this is done correctly you should have 3 partitions. Not 2 which is what you currently have.
You can add this to your list.

I cant use the partition tool because there are system files at the end of the partition, it gives me an error...
Also i never even bothered with the 2nd partition...

1. Scan your hard drive for errors by using the chkdsk command under command prompt.
2. Disable pagefile (if you got at least 1GB or more of ram)
3. Defrag HD
4. Enable pagefile
restart computer when necessary

The program you're trying to use is excluding some of the files at the end of the partition. Meaning that multiple defrags won't change anything in that respect. Give it a shot with JKDefrag in Safe mode and just leave the computer to do its thing. You don't even have to install anything.. :\

Ok ill try that since PerfectDisk does not work in safe modes because the drivers for it arent loaded when in safe mode
K gonna test
