ok i need help with cheat engine..im using 5.5..i could to new scan and scan a number and it would work..but when i do next scan and put in different numbers there are no adresses in the adress box...please help! this happens 75% of the time!

Edit: Examples: i would click New Scan, type in a number like 178 then click first scan...after that i put in a new number then press next scan....and there would be no adresses..still need help!

next scan mens that it scans the value you selected from the former scan list.

it doesn't scan new values unless you choose New Scan.

It's normal its not 100% sure you will get the adress of the things your looking for simply by making a scan, sometime like for flash game to search value you need to x8 them, or maybe your searching the wrong type, try another type then 4bytes if you didn't, and you can search for unknown initial value then , changed value, increased value or decreased value depending on how your value have changed, it might give you more chance finding the adress your looking for...
