Just a quick question about the dell xps m1730
is the 9800gtx any good? also are those cards integrated?
i have an xps m1730 from when they 1st came out and came with the
8700GT card... kinda sucks and wanted to know if i could get my hands on a newer 9800 and replace mine. thanks in advanced =D

I believe that is a laptop.
If I'm correct you can't install a 9800gtx, but you can install a 9800M GT.
Beware that i has an M after the 9800 meaning Mobile version for laptop's...

Usually (literally 100% of the time), laptops loaded with dedicated graphics cards use the Mobile PCI-Express Module. Upgrades are feasible, although not commonplace among every-day users.

Most retailers (including online) do not sell mobile graphics cards.

i have only seen one on ebay because the card will only work in the dell xps m1730.. i live in canada btw
