Is it possible for one person to somehow use programs to code themsleves to they can delete/take away a virus without use of a AV program?

No one can be bothered...
Making a program to first of all update its Database of viruses is annoying, then how are you going to make the program scan every single file and compare them to the Database which could possibly have millions different types of Virus information stored in there...
Even if it were to be done, it would be slow, miss a lot of viruses, database wouldn't be as good etc.

If your really worried about viruses then get an AV, there are plenty such as Avast, AVG, Nod32, Kaspersky etc...

oh..btw how does AV program deltes virus? does it send a message/code to the virus ot what XD

There are many way's...
The AV has a Database that is filled with millions of virus details, when the AV scans a file, it compares it the database, if nothing it will continue scanning, if a virus it could:

1) Move the virus to a safe place called a Virus Chest or Virus Vault, where the virus is stored and can't go through your computer...

2) Can be deleted but it's possible it will come back...
