I dont know how to install it, it say i neeed admistrator privelidge, is there anyway i can just download and use without installiing ?! please

install it on a system that you do have admin rights on and then copy the files to a usb stick. And from there copy it to the system where you don't have admin rights on, and make sure that folder has write access

and no, I won't be putting it for download. It'll cause too many questions like:
Why aren't the options in settings->extra working properly?
Why does ce crash as soon as I scan ?
Why can't I save my tables ?
Where do I extract the files to ?
Ce won't start up anymore after changing a setting, what to do ?
