Recently almost everything I open uses 99% of my CPU's power. I first noticed with firefox then I started using IE on ocasion it also did the same and then later I went to program with Visual Basic and it did the same thing not even opening because of the CPU usage. First thought was I had a virus I ran scan, including my old harddrive which had alot of viruses before and I had around 1034 viruses got rid of them. Windows loaded up smoother and faster, but it still has the CPU usage problem any ideas?

download cc cleaner and clean your computer.

already have it and have ran it no effect
