Well, What my earlier problem was that when I played Crysis Warhead my graphic drivers would be "lost" then "re-found".
So what I did is I downloaded the latest drivers for my 8800 GTS 512mb and what that did is it did help like I can play longer, but it blacks out again and says that they dropped out again and that these two dll's have stopped working or have been lost. Any ideas?
Could it be the graphic settings in Crysis Warhead?
(also i think i spelled kara's name wrong my bad.)

I feel ya', I have the same problem, except that it happens even when I'm looking at the desktop, or browsing.

I guess you're on Vista since it's trying to save your ass from a driver having a heart attack...
Completely wipe your drivers before updating them, occasionally you will run into weirdness.
Uninstall them, boot into safe mode, run something like Driver Sweeper, then install the latest.

EDIT: the driver sweeper didn't work, but the exact problem im having is nvlddmkm stopped responding. How I found it out was I tried Furmark and during the stability test it just went black and unresponsive. Then a little triangle popped up and said that nvlddmkm stopped responding just like in Crysis. I searched on google and it seems A LOT of people are having this problem... Sigh, anybody else got any ideas?

What is PhysX?
Go to Nvidia's advanced control panel, on the left there should be a category for it. If you find it on the right side there is a check box saying PhysX.
Disable it.
