How do i make one computer's network speed slower than the others? or vice versa? i want to do this becuz my uncle streams too many videos and slows me..asked him to stop but he won't...

so how do i make his internet speed slower, so i'll get a little more speed for myself?

What service provider are you using? If your using Verizon i hear you can type an IP in your browser and configure things from there. I dont know if its the same for everyone, however. If it is, its 192.168.1.1

Otherwise download Kaspersky on his pc and like... parental control..

Why would parental control help?
He'll probably get too suspicious if i do that
