My typing gets screwed up and some words don't come out because the page is slow, and why is it happening? It started like a week ago and now i can always hear my computer's internal fans.
Can any program help me?

Have you done virus scans or installed sketchy programs recently? Some malware can use amounts of system resources.

try my comp every half an hour im running low on virtual memory..

I suggest you use the free trials from the microsoft antivirus partners page
theres about a whole year of free trials of you want them
