I don't know if this will help, but have you tried scanning with SuperAntiSpyware?

Spybot Search & Destroy or Lavasoft Ad-Aware Free do anything for you?
That seems to be a pretty common piece of malware these days....

Clicking ok there will likely result in more viruses.
Do you get any popups about xxx antivirus 2009?

It opens IE and brings me to those pages that makes it look like its scanning your computer and tell you, you have Spyware and crap.

pop out your hard drive and attach it to another comp. Use the other comp to scan your hard drive with malwarebytes and/or others. That how I got rid of a nasty spyware (FUCKING ANTIVIRUS 2009) Twice lol.

I see whut you did thar.
Also I've tried scanning with SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot Search & Destroy and Lavasoft Ad-Aware. Nothing works... also I tried System Restore a couple of times but they all end up failing.

Try Kaspersky Internet Security 30day free trial. It should work.

Take out your HDD and attach it to another computer. Then, scan with any anti-virus. You probably got a rootkit that's hiding itself because I don't see any abnormal processes.
