The picure explains everything, i need help.
Oh and my computer is pretty loud too. It's been acting very weird recently, and when i try to scan my computer, it just restarts (as in no shutting down message it's just beep and gone).

Have you tried scanning in Safe Mode if you think it might be a virus?
Does this happen for any site Firefox loads, could it be a rogue flash app?
EDIT:
Have you tried without addons/what version of Firefox are you using?

It's not firefox, it's just 150k
I could usually have a game running at 500k and the % would be at like only 40

The amount of memory a program uses doesn't have anything to do with CPU usage...
