Ive tried google, search button but i cant quite figure this out..

How do i change what my cursor looks like when i am clicking a link? ( i know this is probably pretty simple, just help)

I'm not sure about that. Why would you want it to change just when clicking the link anyway? Maybe when it's over the link, but not when clicking it.

You mean how it turns to a hand with a pointing finger..?

Whatever.
Go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers tab > Scroll to "Link Select" > Browse... > Select the pointer you want for that.
