My computer loads safe mode, but whenever i try to load anything else (last known working configuration, start windows normally) It gets past the windows xp loading screen and then reboots.

ANY help is much appreciated.
I might even + rep anyone who gives me a working solution.

Something is screwed up in your system32, as in a file was overwritten or missing.
If you have a XP repair disk, repair your installation.
If not, try a system restore if it's available with your system.
You could also run a virus scan in safe mode.

If you don't qualify for those three, then I suggest a reformat.

And, like jSin said, Computer Talk next time yes?

Thanks, i was thinking about system restore, but i'll NEVER use the windows xp repair because the command line for its way too confusing.
If it's my only choice, id might as well take the chance Crying or Very sad

Well, there are some guides you may find on google thats in depth about this subject.

Do you have any idea to how this happened?
Forced shutdown, power outage?
It happened with my 01' VAIO a few weeks ago after a power outage, and it's really nifty to have Acronis on board.

I have a vaio, but i have found the problem myself. Ill give flaming th +rep because he helped me the most. It was because my Video drivers were fucked up and were working my ATI video card like a little asian kid working in a shoe factory. All i had to do were unninstall my video drivers and it worked perfectly.
