idk if this is againts the forum rules... i sure hope it isnt.... >.<
but i heard that downloading roms and emulators is not against the law if you own or have previously owned the game and system?

if this is true can anyone help me? i wanna get pokemon XD on my copm xD i get so bored and my gamecube is broken so can anyone send me a link of a working rom and emulator? if there is any? o-o

you would need an extremely powerful computer to run gamecube ROM games. I have tried but i got about 1-5 frames per second. i saw a video on youtube with someone with a dual core 3.0 GHz 4 Gigs of RAM and it was still a bit laggy

You will need an quadcore, I can't play gamecube on my 3.6gHz dualcore.
I did not try on my 2 quadcores but I've sold them so..

There are emulators, they're just really ineffecient in emulating. Frankly I wouldn't bother. You can try, but like Humper said, you'd need a good CPU and a multithreading emulator. In which case you might be better off playing PC games. Laughing
