1. I dont get RAM. I have downloaded shitloads of stuff, like 1GB Games and stuff, but I only have 495GB of RAM. How is this explained?
2. Also, if I get more RAM, will my internet speed go up Noticeably?
3. Which other PC Speed-upper is out there besides CCleaner?I have check the sticky
4. Is there a way to increase my Bandwith from 100kb/s to more? Besides Buying better internet?

What?
HDD (Hard Disc Drive, often incorrectly referred to as "memory".)
This stores data. They vary in size from several megabytes to thousands on gigabytes.
RAM (Random Access Memory. This is "memory".)
This only stores temporary data (your OS on bootup, any programs you may have running, etc). It can be accessed by the operating system much faster than an HDD, however, because of it's volatile nature, any data loaded onto the RAM is lost when the RAM looses power. Downloaded data is stored on your HDD, not to temporary memory.
2. Also, if I get more RAM, will my internet speed go up Noticeably?

You are using the wrong term.
RAM is for speed up applications, what your talking about is storage space (hard drive) they are mentioned as capacity or storage space.
Capacity:
I have a 495GB HD, but it's running low on disk space. How can I increase the capacity of my HD so I can store more stuffs?
RAM:
I have 2GB of ram, but my program is running slow. Should I upgrade to and additional 2GB so my program can run faster?

Getting more RAM/HDD space will not increase performance of internet speeds unless your computer is so slow it's bottleknecking your internet which I don't think is even possible...

There is a way to increase your bandwith, but its illegal and most cable companies will come after you, it requires you tweaking your mode. If you still want the guide, PM me and i ll give it to you.
I use tune up utilities as it is the best thing that outs there because it will actually tell you whats slowing cmoputer down and it will also fix your registry and other errors in your computer.
Also, if you want more ram, just buy it online and install it. That will enable you to multi-task.

1.
RAM = Random access memory. It is a source of memory in which helps the applications run quicker. Although it does manage memory it does not store information permanently.
HDD = Hard disk drive. This component stores memory permanently till moved or deleted from the disk its self.
2.
Internet will not speed up with more ram added to the computer because the ram does not control bandwidth. However your OS has a setting that limits about 80% of your maximum bandwidth to your main priority and gives 20% to idled programs which is not neccessary. You can acheive this by using a program called TCP/IP optimizer or you can set it up through your group policy settings.

There is no such thing as a speedy-upper thingy that makes your PC run faster. This is a myth and people are still experimenting. Some people try programs that just disable services and ETC. Some people use registry cleaners which are not BOOSTERS!!! My suggestion is that for about 1GB ram do not go over 100GB or you will notice some slow downs. This varies through PC's.

Bandwidth is not something you can boost up? If that was the case your ISP could sue you. Many people like my self have a technique on disabling your bandwidth division throughout the system its self making it so that no bandwdith is shared. Get TCP/IP optimizer.
ADDON
The guy above me stated tweaking the mode? I will assume he meant modem. Anyways tweaking the modem will not boost the internet. The ISP its self gives you a limit which can not be altared in any way unless you upgrade your services  .

Your OS could give less of a shit with what you do with your bandwidth. Vista handles your receive window, and everything else automatically, and you should NOT mess with it, it knows better than you. It DOES impose a limit on your max number of connections, which has to be patched with one of the 90123 patchers out there... which you'll probably never be hitting outside of torrents.
You are an idiot, and a liar. Where do you think your bandwidth comes from? The node you, and everyone else in your area is on you dolt. Sue you lolll. Your ISP could give less of a shit, they will warn you, and terminate your service if you keep being a retard.
Of course you can uncap your modem, but you WILL be caught, and caught quickly. How do you think they enforce the speeds? They push firmware, etc right to you.

I am sorry, i meant uncap and yes, it does invovle tweaking your modem...you can steal your ISP's bandwidth by uncapping your cable-modem.
Uncapping is a method of increasing the amount of bandwidth assigned to a cable modem by an Internet Service Provider.
If a cable modem is assigned more bandwidth then it receives a proportional speed enhancement across all aspects of the Internet.
Be aware that cable modem uncapping is considered as theft and can lead to very serious consequences.
Your ISP will detect your uncapping and will take action !!!

Obviously you do not understand your PC does limit max bandwidth due to bandwidth sharing. Don't tell me I am a lier if I can prove such things. Your ISP can never sue you unless you are stealing from them and in this case I havn't discussed stealing. I know what an ISP can do and yes they do warn always before an event for example... You are about to reach your maximum bandwidth ammount for the month.
I am not stupid so don't refer to me as a dumb person. Go sob else where you flamer...
