Would probably be a waste of time, however their TOS seems to conflict, saying that once you place an order it is essentially final for that dollar amount, then going on to say they reserve the right to cancel mis-priced orders. Hm.

Basically what they're saying is, If the costumer loses money, They could careless, But if they're the ones losing money, they can refuse to sell it.

The fk? what type of ToS is that??

It's probably a website programming error. If you order something, it will likely be cancelled. It's like if NewEgg was hacked and everything was at $0.
