Does anyone know how i would be able to code a C++ program that will skin window's theme? Like a nicer looking taskbar, and nicer looking window system menu

i would look into reversing the Themes service maybe shutting it off or suspending it, and injecting proxy dll that logs function calls and params and forward to original and then restarting it;}
