If it's a strict $200 budget, I'd just get the monitor and use shitty speakers until you can get others.

its t3100 a shtty speaker?
i dont want to spend much on speakers cuz i want to spend at least 100 bucks on nx cash.

Just get any 2 Channel $10 speaker set...

Ah, NX. The most overpriced of all online real-life currencies.
@OP, the t3100 looks alright. But you could get the monitor and just use the shitty built-in speakers until you can buy them.
Either that or not throw away so much money on Maplestory.

Are you a sound enthusiest?
If your low on cash then get the $190 monitor, it's in your budget...
if you have super ears then get seperate speakers.
