Every time I try opening it I get this error.
Is my computer fucked up or something?
Any help would be appreciated.

it's probably a compatability thing make sure you have the right version of IE or you could get FireFox or Opera or Safari or any of the others...

Yeah I'm using FireFox now but I thought that maybe there was something wrong with my computer.

Isn't that the old IE icon (IE6 from XP) I thought vista comes with IE7

Just install Firefox and your good to go...
