Cant find address in emulator.

I am using Dreamcast emulator and i am playing a game (Resident Evil: Code Veronica X) and i can't seem to find an address for bullets.. for health.. for nothing. I have tried these scans so far:
float
double
4 bytes
8 bytes
all (byte to double)
unknown initial value increase/decrease
exact scan (4. 8 bytes)

any help? i always end up with 0 addresses.. and i have tried to shoot bullet and scan for decreased.. but after i shoot like 10 times and scan like 10 times i get 0 addresses.. and then i have tried to scan for increased when shooting a bullet.. didn't worked either..

Have any advices? Or why the hell this is happening?)
