Okay, this just started to happen with me recently.
When I start up Firefox, there is this little advertisement thing at the top that I can close, but reloads every time I go to a different page. Here is what I am talking about:
It happens on all websites, even Google.
Does anybody have any idea what is going on?
I tried running CCleaner (when Firefox wasn't running), and it did no good. I would appreciate the help, as this has become very annoying.
EDIT: I found the problem. Can I request a lock?

Well, it goes away when I click the X, but a new ad reloads when I open another page, either by clicking another link or typing in another URL. I scanned my computer with AVG, nothing unusual.

Yeah, use Spybot Search & Destroy and Lavasoft Ad-Aware Free. Google them, beware of impostors for the former. Noggs, I had said to do the same to you, didn't work?
