Well.. I turned it off and that was the problem. The thing doesn't pop up anymore, lmfao. Weird.. how else can I fix this?

That probably means that the button was malfunctioning or a connection to the motherboard was off. You should be able to see where the cables come from the front of your case to the mobo. See if anything is loose. Then turn it back on to show the prompt. If that didn't work, you might be able to get the case open to see the parts of the button itself. Might just be something as simple as a stuck spring. Don't force it if you think you're going to break the case at any point.
If all else fails, you could just keep the setting off and ignore the power button altogether (unless that's a hassle for you).
That's the best advice I can give you. Beyond that, I've no idea.

Eh, thanks for that. I'll try and see what I can do tomorrow, I never even use the power button anyway, only for turning it on.
