There are a couple entries in the O2/O3 parts, but there's no file so let HijackThis deal with them.
Code: | O13 - Gopher Prefix: | is almost always bad. Code: | O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-19\..\Run: [Sidebar] %ProgramFiles%\Windows Sidebar\Sidebar.exe /detectMem (User 'LOCAL SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\Run: [Sidebar] %ProgramFiles%\Windows Sidebar\Sidebar.exe /detectMem (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')
| have to do with Searchcentrix.
Then there are a couple more "no file" entries to fix.
Fix the no file entries with hijackthis, then do a full scan with Spybot Search & Destroy and Lavasoft Ad-Aware (Free).
I'm assuming you can find both web sites easily enough, but beware of Spybot S&D malware look-alikes (if the site is snazzy, you've stumbled into one).

A few other possibilities:

Yes. & well, BitComet I assume is a Torrent program? If so, that could be provoking the lag, therefore, I'd suggest you find another Torrent program OR always disable/turn off BitComet (confirm via Task Manager).

I know that its not my internet causing fps lag but i never turn on BitComet when i play any game, so internet is not really the cause

It seems your using wireless connection if am correct, wireless and games dont mix really well, i suggest using a cable to plug into the modem to your laptop or computer.

Internet speed has a relationship to FPS decrease?

There's an easy way to check that. Plug into an ethernet cable and run the same game.
