It means your usb drive is broken, if it works on another pc try and format it
or keep trying and it may detect it.

You're talking about a keyboard right? If so, Connect it, Right click my computer > Manage > Device manager > keyboards > right click the keyboard driver uninstall it, use "Add hardware wizard" To re-install it. This is what I do to fix it when this happens to me and it always works, Give it a shot.
You edited your post, and you didn't even TRY to say if it was a thumbdrive like he thought it was, Or if it was a keyboard like I said it was, you just re-wrote USB KEY......

If it malfunctioned that means that the USB is broken.
The same thing happened to my Key Board and I had to get another one.
We can all thank the American goverment for making shit like this in China.

No, I didnt mean it that way, I mean that all the factories in America
moved to China. Use your logic every once and a while.

I wasn't being totally serious, it has less to do with the government and more to do with cost and regulation.

You're a moron, don't come into this subforum.
Retard. OEMs are the ones who outsource jobs. Government isn't going to start focusing on this kind of shit until Obama's administration comes into control.
