Go to http://connect.microsoft.com/ and follow these steps:

1. Click Available Connections in the left navigation bar.

2. Sign in to the Web site using a Windows Live ID or Microsoft Passport account.
Note: If you do not have a Windows Live ID or Microsoft Passport account, click the Sign Up Now button in the New to Microsoft Connect? dialog box and follow the steps to create credentials.

3. Scroll to Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK) and Windows Logo Kit (WLK) in the list of available programs, which appears below the list of connections on the page.
If you do not see Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK) and Windows Logo Kit (WLK) in the programs list, then you are already enrolled in the program. Follow the next procedure to download the latest versions.

4. Click Apply.

5. Fill in the required information on the Registration page, and then click Register.

6. On the left under Connect Home, click Downloads.

If you search around enough, you can find a direct link to DDK/WDK.

what is DDK/WDK, im not sure i havent played maplestory in a long time so if you could dont flame.

the microsoft site probably has a newer version by now.
Also, I use ddk 6000 so that is already a newer version that I use.
(So you will have to do some minor bugfixes in the ntifs.h file then)
