A pretty decent build, if I may say so.
By the way, what site is that? Newegg.ca is fairly expensive matched against her American counterpart.

I have no clue what I'm talking about, but I'm guessing another 100W on your power supply might be a good idea?

And what website is that?

Here is a great site for calculating power usage of a system. For the record, you'll be fine with the 550W, depending on future CPU/GPU configurations.

pff, I haven't pushed my E8400 yet, but I idle cool (26C) at 4.05GHz (1.4V). That's with Realtemp, mind you. The tjmax is much more accurate with that program (95) for C2D/C2Q chips than Speedfan or others that use a 105 tjmax. You can probably get past 4.6Ghz, depending on how well it stays cool under load.

It's not too important. A sort of way that temp monitoring programs gauge your actual heat. Just remember to use RealTemp to get the most accurate temperatures possible.
All you have to do for a 4GHz clock is put the FSB to 445 and up the voltage to ~1.4 (maybe a tiny bit lower would do fine).
EDIT:
I stay about 45C under load (Prime95 x64). The Ultra-120 is better than the Thermaltake Big Typhoon, so at 1.4volts, you would definitely not be having any problems with heat.

They are probably around the same, but I'd like to note that AS5 is conductive while MX-2 is not (only matters if you were super-messy). Also, the AS5 takes a few cycles to "break in". About a week of normally turning your computer on and off will do the trick.
