What does this error mean? It happens whenever I open anything, including start up processes. And now things like windows media player are starting to crash, and it interrupts my games.

Most likely a corrupted file...
Could be caused by a virus.

You may need to re-install windows or
replace that file (not recommended...)

You could just format c:
That way you will only lose files on the partition C

Then re-install windows.

Virtumonde, you had..
Get SUper Anti Spyware, it removed Virtumonde like magic for me. You also might want a registry cleaner to clean some stuff up.

Repairing Windows doesn't involve the need to format, douche.

split your harddrive into 2 partitions. install a fresh windows on the new partition, drag files from C: (old drive) to D: (new drive), remembering to scan the files first... afterwards delete the old partition and join it to the new one. you can use norton partition magic to do this, but it's just a suggestion.

Or you could just do system restore. It worked for me. Do it before you go the problem.

I know.
He has downs.
We've told him how to correctly fix his Virtumonde problem, yet he went around manually deleting .dlls and shit.

Now he keeps bothering us with problems we've already answered.
Fuck's sake.
