ok, about 20 minutes ago i put my flash drive in and about halfits files were there. I looked at the memory and it was still what it had been, but... the files were gone, im like...ok someones playing a trick. I show hidden files....NON! im like wtf?

where did my files go?

when you go to your flash drive in my computer. when you go to check the properties by right clicking it, does it still display the same values for used space and free space?

it tells me how much im useing nd how much im not, but im useing 1.4gb of the 2gb, and all i can see in the flash drive is 3 text files and a picture, thats barely 10 mbs

did you delete the old portion and do a full format which should take like 30-90 min? im guessing no?

Do a chkdsk on the flash drive. Remember it's not like hard drives where the data is never really lost, if data gets erased on flash it's gone for good. It looks like the data is still there though, and the file allocation table may just be corrupted.

Try making hidden folders visible and see maybe the files got hidden
