my computer got a virus somehow and i took to a good fried of mine who is a computer wizard Very Happy . so when i got my computer back from him the memory was wiped Shocked and i had some important files on there like my C.V my videos from school ect .

so i'm wondering is there any way i can got my files back Question Question Question Question

not really... you should both read up on reformatting a computer and the difference with quick format. if you haven't installed too much since the reformat then it's possible (hence not guaranteed) that you can recover some files.

Stop using your fucking shit, and try a recovery program.

If it was just a quick format, your shit is likely still around, but it wont be for long if you keep filling that drive.
