First of all:
Max at ONE ssd drive = 256 GB (cuz it havn't been made any bigger)
12 gb ram = very unnessesry for every normal user.
Also that speed is also unessery all over 1024mhz is.

Liquid cooling is a waste of money unless you want to overclock your shit to be ridiculously fast. It's only real advantage, to the average user, is that of the noise level and bragging rights.
