how do i actualy defrag my computer ... cuz a meessage comes sayin please defrag computer to continue ... but it dont tell me how to get to it.


so can some1 help me ?

Go to the System speed up in my Signature, and download tune up utilities 2008. It lets you defrag your registry and hard drive.

or you could go to
start > all programs > accessories > system tools > disc defragmenter.
