Kingston HyperX 4x1GB 1066 5-5-5-15 (XP32BIT, 3.25 MAX)
ASUS EAH4850 (ATI HD4850) 1GB
P45 GIGABYTE MB

CM COSMOS-S
CM V8
CM PSU 1100W

AC'd room, on 24/7.
Everything will be heavily OC'd to the limit.
Advice/opinions?

yeah a 450 watt will do the job no need for that huge supply if you want to overclock then a 500watt will do again no neeed for 1200

Yes he is right.

Get a corsair 450watt, also either change the ram to either:
- 2x 1GB 1066/800mHz (you will clock better with this)
- 2x 2GB 1066/800mHz

4x 1b will create ALOT problems and you will probebly clock VERY bad.

What size screen do you got also (resolution)?

I don't think you will need a 1gb version.
