i've actually never heard of it till now and just searched it. i'd still go with something like nod32/eset smart security, which is quite good and more commonly known (not to mention there's a good *free* download for it). in the end it's up to you and how aware you are of what you download and do on the net.

Hmm, considering it is made in Spain, it should be ok. I mean, it's pretty good like the other pay for brands.

It's about as good as other AVs, but you can get better anti-viruses for your money, such as Kaspersky.

I think it's good because it has the word Panda in it, which means it's probably quite proficient in its scans, as you can't really find pandas anywhere.

No, you're just a racist.
I'd go with a free alternative like AVG Free, does all you need. |
But almost every program you download that is a /trainer/hacks/cheats/program that has even a small bit of code used in viruses/ will have false positives and this will detect then only good AVG is proffesional one which you can still get for free if you know what you are doing.

Knew Panda Antivirus about 8 years ago, during that time when clients bring in their system with infected files. Norton can't do shit, so what I use was their Panda online free scanner and it move about 98% of the virus that Norton can't. Overall it was a pretty good contender to the other elite antivirus programs.
FastForward to now and they suck, their free online scan requires you to pay before they remove the infected files for you.
So yeah they suck.

Panda always comes up with a false positive with shit I write because of the ways I keep filesize down.
Why more AV's don't have a place to report them I don't know. I've gotten my shit cleared off a few vendors now.

Panda is bad, just read about it in a PC magazine.
Worst of all of the antiviruses they tried.
I would suggest AVIRA or AVAST.
Both free and both best in test.
Very good and not taking so much resorses.
