this is a small app i made in vb.net for opening up a file in a certain amount of time. it comes in handy when you only want to download things (like torrents) during offpeak hours and not waste your onpeak bandwidth.

it's easy to use, press the ... button to find the file you want to open and set the timer.

hope it comes in handy for someone.

requires DotNet Framework to run.

EDIT: You could improve it by adding an option 'minimize to tray'
