mine is not too good to read but i'll post it:
it hangs too much!!

OS: Windows XP Professional Build 2600 SP2

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.40GHz 248MB of RAM

x86 Family 15 Model 4 steepping Genuine intel

Video Card: Nvidia Geforce MX4000 128MB(gone now, got FRIED!)
having to use Intel Extreme Graphics 64MB WHAT A PAIN!
Sound Card: C-Media AC97
80Gigs HDD(35 and 39 gig per drive)
motherboard: P4I45Gx_PE
Network: ADMtek AN983 based ethernet adapter
Fan: FANINO
two CD/DVD drives(one malfunctions,got removed

Excatly how old is this computer?
My 2001 in the back is worse then this.
Plus your OS is outdated atleast by 6 months, including SP3.

I wouldn't bother upgrading anything...
I'd build a new computer...
