Sorry for the filter things.Well i want to change the numbers in a image.So how do i keep the pixels the same but the numbers are different.Like the image stays the same.Is there any program that allows that?Im using paint.net but i don't know how.

you want to cut and move around different parts of an image? if that's what you mean photoshop is would work.

I think what cryoma means is shrink a picture without distorting an image. Though i still dont know what OP wants.

No, he means change the digits in a picture and make it look real. As in if it was already there.

I'm pretty sure you have to Photoshop it. My Photoshop skills are that of a rock. But everyone should get your question now at least.
