Recently I bought a Logitech Freepulse headphone, but the left side didn't produce any sound and it was the last of them they had, it's not being manufactured anymore so I got my money back and now im stuck with no sound device for my ipod.
In-ear phones would be good, a comfortable headphone even better (preferably the cord behind the neck, not on the head).
I also intend to use it for gaming (Counter-Strike: Source).
I can spend around 40-60 euros.

I agree. I use them myself and they're godlike.
They work perfect for CS:S.

Are they also comfortable to wear with an ipod on a bicycle, in car/train/airplane etc?

*Mails my headset, the ear phones allways fall off (Not that I use them)*

The ones I have are standard 3.5mm jacks, but the one you linked to is USB(if that's what you're getting at)
I have them and I'd say overall they're decent, but the sound quality just isn't as good as I was expecting for a $60 headphone.
They're probably the most comfortable headphone I've ever worn though, the earpieces are lined in velvet. As long as you aren't terribly picky about sound quality they'll probably be just fine for you.

They can be used for both, but I don't recommend it.
I got a pair of Sennheiser for my iPod. They're just lovely.

Not sure where to get them in Canada, I live in the US and got mine from Newegg.
