Q6600 Intel proc.
ATI HD 4870
More changes, but I just pointed out these two for now.

I'm building my own gaming system (here) for about $700 (W/o the monitor and other stuff not related to the computer) and it'll run crysis max settings (AA+AF) on 1280x1024 res about 1 fps less than your system. And the processor (Q6600) is much faster than the one up there. If this is your first build then i'd go with a HD4850 (4870x2 is a bit of overkill innit? Almost 2x the price of 9800x2) since i doubt you're an extremist yet (Spending 4x as much on a GPU to get ~75% more fps which you wouldn't even notice in most games).

You shouldn't be biased about a GPU just because ATI or nvidia manufactures it, 4850 and 4870 are GREAT cards, especially for the price. If you go with the 4850 you won't be sacrificing much FPS and you'll be saving a lot of money. The 9800x2 is still a good card, (slightly) better than 4850 in most cases but it costs ~$100 more. Atleast on newegg, idk any Brazilian comp sites.

Yes, 4850 will pretty much be the same, you can check out some benchmarks here and make a more informed choice. I have a few friends in other countries who've built comps (UK, Denmark, Canada) and US is cheaper than all theirs. And newegg is the best computer part website i know of but it only ships to the US atm.
