I'm going with Artic Silver 5 for thermal grease but i don't think there'd be much of a difference from the kind you have (Your Fan&HS also comes with thermal grease btw). I'm don't know much about the top of the line-type GPUs but i think that's a tincy bit overkill. One 4870 Would be more than enough for me but if you've done your research and it's worth it for you then go for it.
