Which version did you download?
You should download a "Live CD" version, which boots without installation. _________________

You have to change the boot order.
When booting, the BIOS search for bootable stuff on devices in a specific order, and if something bootable is found, it skips the other drives.
Go in your BIOS and look for something called "Boot Order", or "boot devices" and set your USB drive as the primary.
This won't fuck up the OS on your HDD, just change the boot order back and it will boot windows again. _________________

BIOS, boot it up from there using the boot order and say that you boot it from USB. Because it's before the OS that you have now. You can't boot it inside Window's or something. _________________
