Well my explorer.exe wasn't starting on logon so i tried and use regedit to make it start, now when ever i try to use explorer.exe it opens up my C: drive.

Im guessing you got a virus or something. Or someone fack up your system as a joke?

Not a joke and not a virus, it's probably because i screwed up changing it in regedit but idk how to make it right.

lol i just fixed this today heres what u do
1. go to regedit
2. navigat to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
3. make sure the value of SHELL is set to explorer.exe nothing else mine had the problem mine said

explorer.exe C:\Windows\fservice.exe or something like that.

4. restart your comp and explorer should start up normaly.
