i just rememberd this to,
When he fixed my computer like when i start it up
It tooked 5 mins just so the windows loading bar can come up
so i turned it back and he said i needed to wait 5 mins
and i said can you just fix it he made my dad pay 70$

That kinda happened to me too.
I had my nVidia 8800GT replaced by a 8Mb v-ram card...
I was so pissed...
But I got it back anyways. |

Your dad's friend is a fu*kin piece of S*it! It's probably he is your dad's friend that he thinks he can get away with it.
Lesson learn here is
1. Try to learn about computers and always fix the god damn thing yourself.
2. If you don't know how, remove as much important things as you can
e.g. hard drive, video card, and ram because as a technician they'll always have spare parts.
3. Write down the serial numbers for each item so if they do get replaced at least you have proof which items belong to you.
4. Place a sticker stripe on your cpu and socket so if the sticker is tampered with you know the cpu has been touched or replaced.
