any latex gloves would be good enough... (doctor type gloves)
also you can just touch the metal case before handling parts.

Dude you don't need those gloves. Man stop being one of those Mac users that must protect everything "i" from scratches. Just don't wear cotton or fleecly clothes. Don't do the building or touching anywhere near carpet. And do a direct touch to metal once in a while to free yourself from electricity.

You're just wasting money on those gloves. I've built 2 computers on my own, and assisted in building 2 others, and I've never run into trouble without gloves. Just ground yourself by touching the walls and the case metal, and avoid touching the carpet.

Seriously, even if I found 10 bucks, I wouldn't spend it on "special" gloves. That's like marketing a treadmill because the ground is to "hard" to run on. It's pointless and it's just extra fanciness that you don't need if you know basic science.
