Your motherboard doesn't support DDR2 1066MHz ram.

get a better gpu/mobo. a 1 gig 4850 would be better for the same price.

Save about 100$ and look for a different case.

No offense, but your build is a complete piece of crap. Most of the parts don't even fit together.
PSU: Fix the link
Case: Just personal preference, I wouldn't spend anywhere near that much on a case (money on parts are far more important). You're paying more for the case than almost any single piece of hardware you chose. If you are going to, get the Antec 1200.
HDD: A single WD 500GB drive would be cheaper.
GPU: Obsolete AGP interface (doesn't even work in your motherboard), comparably slow at its price range.
Optical Drive: I'm pretty sure you at least want DVD burning capabilities.
RAM: Spending too much, too fast (DDR2-800 should be enough, even then you'll have to overclock to get all of the speed). Your mtoherboard doesn't even allow for 1066MHz, so it would just downclock.
Motherboard: Avoid MicroATX unless you must use it, useless onboard graphics (you're getting a dedicated card), try the P35/P45 chipset.
CPU: Try a quad core, although the E8400 is a good choice.
Cooling: Overspending again, just go for air cooling or use the stock cooler. Get the OEM version of the CPU if you are going to get a third-party cooler.

why would you want that card when you can get a better performing 4850 for $70 less?

You're not getting much for your price range of 2k. Anyways don't even bother getting liquid cooling for that system. No offense but it'd be wasting you're money.
