|
|
Well I have some computer problems.
My main computer which is in my room, will not start.
When I boot it up, i hear it loading up, then a fan comes on that usually does not come on. I wait several minutes and nothing happens. The only thing I see on my screen is a "VGA No Signel" sign. That only appears for the first few seconds when I turn on the computer.
Thanks in advance if you can help me out.

Check the cables that hook your screen to your tower are properly plugged in. If they are, it's most likely an internal problem.

Ah yea that happend to my cousin..
1.Either your motherboard died or one of your ram thingy is messed up try removing each one from the slot and check if one works
2.Your video card its messed up get a new one
3.Your computers motherboard died which means you need a new computer

So check to see if your graphics card is still intact, meaning look for burn spots or something. Check if it's secured in the slot, take it out and replace it if necessary. Check the VGA cable, see if it's broken, pins, snapped cable, etc. Then firmly plug it back in.

FYI only the first letter of each sentence needs to be capitalized, as well as proper nouns. Not every single word. Learn2English.
Since you said you don't hear a fan you normally do, look inside the computer while it's running and see if it's the graphics card, it sounds like that's the most likely issue.
Also, pull the RAM, video card etc out and blow on the slots, and make sure you push them in firmly.
