Check if your CAT5 cable is plugged in.

If you have been able to connect before your connection between the router and the xbox has proberbly frozen. Try to unplug the internet cables between ur router and ur xbox and restart ur xbox, modem & router. If you should still have the issue then i cant help u.

As said before, I originally solved this problem by restarting my modem. It wasn't given me a proper IP address.
